Complex but interesting and attractive process which includes 3 main stages:

Fiber is open, carefully blended, sprayed with special chemicals and carded. The final step — sliver formation.

Knitting is the main process in high pile manufacturing. Effected on special circular knitting machines both plain and jacquard.

Finishing is the most interesting process. Dried, back coated, many times polished and sheared, ready to use fabric is then rolled and packed.
